Discreet packaging
All orders are sent with discreet packaging and no reference is made to the contents of the package you will receive. When placing an order, you can choose the option to leave a personal message for the recipient or gift wrapping. In that case receipt is not included in the package.
Cancellations
Request a cancellation of order and refund within 24 hours of purchase, after that we proceed to the completion of the order
Shipping Information
We are shipping worldwide. The processing time for preparing the order for shipping is 8 – 16 business days. But usually we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Please note that we only prepare and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
Express International Shipping is proceeding by FedEx. It takes 2-10 days to deliver your order, depending on destination Country.
Please check the spelling on the order details, as we are not responsible for errors in the order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling errors.
If package is returned, you’ll have to repay shipping cost for us to ship out again.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Box and APO, only to physical addresses, so please provide a physical or alternative address where you can receive your package.
Delivery Date is an estimate, not guarantee and will vary depending on mail delivery disrupt.
What if I didn’t receive the parcel?
At first you could try to contact your local FedEx facility. Provide your track number and they will be able to tell you where your parcel is and how to find out the reason why it wasn’t delivered. After Shipping and informing the customer about the shipment tracking number, the receipt of the package is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you did not pick up the parcel for a long time, it could be sent back to us. In that case we can send it back on arrival but you will have to pay for the shipping again. MisBehaved do not refund in case the package is returned to us.
Misbehaved cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or breakage caused by post services, delays due to holidays or weather conditions, However, we can assist.
