We don’t accept returns or exchanges
Because of the nature of these items, as concerns lingerie and lingerie outfits, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or changes for Intimate items for health / hygiene reasons. So you can feel safe that the product you have received has not been worn or used.
No changes are made to tights, stockings, lingerie, lingerie outfits, bodysuits, underwear, suspenders, bras, babydoll, bodysuits, bondage, swimwear.
No changes / returns are made on offer products
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How can I return or exchange my order?
If the client received the wrong product, a defective product, a product of a different color, he will have to inform us of the above problems within 7 days after receiving the parcel. To confirm the problem, the customer will also need to send us photos of the product, after which we will approve the return.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods. The exchange cannot be continued until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the goods back to us, a refund will be made when the goods are received by us in good condition.
Sizing
Size may significantly vary between brands. Consult the size chart of each outfit before placing the order. We are not responsible for wrong size orders.
Cancellations / Refund
Request a cancellation of order and refund within 24 hours of purchase, after that we proceed to the completion of the order.
MisBehaved does not refund in case,

– In case the buyer does not receive his package for any reason.
– In case the package is returned for invalid/ wrong address or Unable to contact Fedex. If package is returned, you’ll have to repay shipping cost for us to ship out again.
– In case of delays, loss or breakage caused by post services, delays due to holidays or weather conditions.
